General Education Programs. A) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees and course required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses.

General Education Programs. A) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees and course required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses. For regular full-time and part-time employees, the Employer shall provide two (2) days professional development annually, subject to prior approval of the course(s) by the Employer.

General Education Programs. A(1) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees and course required books, necessary travelling traveling and subsistence expenses. (2) A regular employee shall be granted one (1) day education leave of absence with pay for each day that an employee gives of her own time and reasonable expenses, to take courses where the Employer has approved and employee request to take such courses or where the Employer has offered such courses to the employees on an optional basis.
