GENERAL ARTICLE. 31.01 The Union recognizes the responsibility imposed upon it as the exclusive bargaining agent of the unit, and realizes that in order to provide maximum opportunities for continuing employment, good working conditions and good wages, the Company must be in a strong market position. The Union, therefore, agrees that it will co-operate with the Company and support its efforts to assure a reasonable day's work on the part of its members and to strengthen good-will between employer, employee, and the customer and the public.
31.02 The Company will endeavor to provide a copy of the Collective Agreement and Exhibits Agreement to each employee within six (6) months.
31.03 In the event of a pay shortage in an amount greater than the equivalent to 4 hours of base pay, a pay adjustment will be paid with a manual cheque whenever possible within 48 hours of notifying the Company.

GENERAL ARTICLE. 20.01 Subject to prior approval by the Company, an employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of tuition fees if he successfully completes a course related to his work with the Company. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
20.02 The Company shall provide for all employees an area to eat lunch that will include a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a refrigerated soft drink machine and a coffee machine.
20.03 The Committee will have the use of one (1) bulletin board, supplied by the Company, for the posting of Union notices.
20.04 The Company will continue to maintain parking for employees.
20.05 Employees will be paid bi-weekly on Friday by bank deposit. Any change in payday will be first meaningfully discussed with the Union.
20.06 The Company will provide a copy of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all seniority employees, within three (3) months of the ratification of this Collective Agreement.
20.07 The Company shall also supply an outlined brochure of all the Company paid benefits, within three (3) months of the ratification of this Collective Agreement, to all seniority employees. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE – DISCRIMINATION/NON HARASSMENT
(a) If an employee believes that he/she has been harassed and or discriminated against on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination, the employee may bring the incident forming the basis of the complaint to the attention of his/her Supervisor and/or the Union Representative. In minor cases, not involving repeat incidents, the Company and Union agree that the Union may try to resolve a harassment or discrimination complaint between bargaining unit employees informally, using the CAW Internal Procedure without a full investigation, when so requested by the Bargaining unit complainant. The employee may submit his/her complaint in writing to the Company.
(b) The Company will conduct an investigation of the complaint. The investigation will include interviews of the complainant, any employee or supervisor accused in the complaint, witnesses and other person’s names in the complaint. Any Union member interviewed by the Company may, if he/she so wishes, has Union representation present during the interview.
(c) In conducting investigations, both the Union and the Company shall, to the extent practicable, maintain confidentiality.
(d) In the event the complaint remains unresolved and a violation of the Collective Agreement is alleged, the matter may be considered as a grievance, beginning at Step 3 of the...
