Common use of General Advice Clause in Contracts

General Advice. Any information or advice given by the Company or its Affiliates in relation to the grant of the Award under the Plan does not take account of the objectives, financial situation and needs of Participant. Participant should consider obtaining financial product advice that takes into account the objectives, financial situation and needs of Participant. Data Privacy. Participant consents to the disclosure of Participant’s data under Section 2 of Addendum A of the Agreement to Data Recipients (including persons located in the United States of America and elsewhere). Participant acknowledges that, by consenting to such disclosure, Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to the disclosure and as a result the Data Recipients will not be accountable under the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) (the “Australian Privacy Act”) and Participant may not be able to seek redress under the Australian Privacy Act in respect of this data.
