Common use of Garages Clause in Contracts

Garages. The SUCCESSOR AGENCY shall provide five (5) days written notice of 25 termination to the CONTRACTOR, unless a shorter notice time is reasonable or 26 necessary. In the event of termination, CONTRACTOR shall immediately stop 27 rendering services under this AGREEMENT, unless otherwise directed to continue by 1 the SUCCESSOR AGENCY, and shall submit its final invoice to the SUCCESSOR 2 AGENCY within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice.
