Elevations. For buildings over one story, elements to differentiate levels may be appropriate. These may include change of materials, dormers, cornices, or other elements, as approved by the city. Architectural wall variations between units to differentiate dwellings may also be appropriate and may be required by the city. These may include vertical articulation, variation of materials or other elements, as approved by the city. Trim and/or shutters is required on all windows unless the design of the building is such that trim and/or shutters is not compatible with the overall architectural style.
Elevations not to construct, erect or install or permit to be constructed, erected or installed on the Lot a dwelling (single or two storey) that does not possess Overhanging ▇▇▇▇▇ to all elevations, provided that the following are exempt from this requirement:
Elevations a) As per Building Elevation Plans, forming Exhibit No.1 of Schedule "B" to this Agreement.

Elevations. By the time construction is completed on the Property, You will, at Your cost, bring the Property to the engineering grade plan elevations required by Seller. Upon completion of construction, You will deliver to Us, at Your expense, a boundary and topographic survey certified to Us by a licensed land surveyor confirming all elevations to be in accordance with the foregoing requirements. If the elevations do not conform to the foregoing requirements, You will immediately, at Your expense, cause the necessary filling, grading and other work to be performed. Either We or the Association may obtain a survey or perform the work required by this paragraph if You do not.
Elevations. In order to enhance the quality of the Development, it is desirable for the Development to have a diverse character. The ARB, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to reject any plans for the construction of any Improvements submitted to it by or on behalf on any Owner, which the ARB, in its sole and absolute judgment, determines to be substantially similar to any Improvement then already existing in the Development, or already approved by the ARB but not yet constructed by another Owner.
Elevations. The building(s) on the Property shall be constructed generally in accordance with the architectural elevations entitled “▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Station Community”, dated April 17, 2020, prepared by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Architecture (the “Elevations”), a copy of which Elevations are on file in the Office of the County Planning Division. The Elevations may be modified from time to time provided that such modifications do not alter the basic character and intent of the Elevations and provided that such amendments are approved by the County’s Zoning Administrator for consistency with the terms of this proffer.
Elevations. RESIDENCES WITH THE SAME FRONT ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATION SHALL NOT BE BUILT WITHIN 300 FEET IF THEY ARE ON THE SAME STREET.
Elevations. Shall include all elevations of the building, floor-to-floor dimensions, the overall building height, and elevations of existing neighboring buildings.
