Garages. The specifications per type of demonstration building must already be part of your project proposal (by completing the BEST table (Building Energy Specification Table))28. These specifications are then included in Annex 1. You may submit a proposal requesting funding for a number of kWh saved per m² per year lower than the estimated one. The buyer covenants and agrees that any garage, shed or external structure section on the Land that is visible from the street frontage shall be constructed of similar materials to the dwelling design.
