FY18. i. Three hundred forty one dollars and fifty two cents ($341.52) per year for a teacher beginning in his/her eleventh (11th) year of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ school system. ii. An additional four hundred and twenty dollars and thirty three cents ($420.33) per year for a teacher beginning in his/her fifteenth (15th) year of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ school system. (Total $761.85) iii. An additional seven hundred and nine dollars and thirty one cents ($709.31) per year for a teacher beginning his/her twentieth (20th) year of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ school system. (Total $1471.16) iv. An additional seven hundred and sixty one dollars and eighty five cents ($761.85) per year for a teacher beginning his/her twenty-fifth (25th) year of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ school system. (Total $2233.01) v. An additional nine hundred and forty five dollars and seventy five cents ($945.75) per year for a teacher beginning his/her thirtieth (30th) year of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ school system. (Total $3178.76) Years of service shall include all years of actual teaching for fifty percent (50%) or more of the school year since initial date of employment, which service may be broken only by approved leaves of absence. Any Employee who returns to the employ of the Committee after having resigned shall be treated as a new Employee for purposes of this longevity provision. G.2. a. Members of the bargaining unit who have completed twenty (20) or more years of service in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ School System may elect longevity payments in the following amounts for the three (3) consecutive years following the member's application and acceptance under this provision:. i. FY16: $3,045.00 ii. FY17: $3,090.68 iii. FY18: $3,152.49
