Common use of FWC renewal Clause in Contracts

FWC renewal. The FWC shall be renewed automatically up three times under the same conditions and each time for a period of 12 months, unless written notification to the contrary is sent by one of the contracting parties and received by the other at least three months before expiry of the period indicated in Article I.2.3. Renewal does not imply any modification or deferment of existing obligations.
