Common use of Future Registered Marks and Domain Names Clause in Contracts

Future Registered Marks and Domain Names. If any Xxxx registration is issued hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any Domain Name is registered by Assignor, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate or similar indicia of ownership, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such registration certificate or similar indicia of ownership, and a grant of a security interest in such Xxxx and/or Domain Name, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest in such Xxxx and/or Domain Name to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially in the form of Annex L hereto or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

If any Xxxx Mark registration is issued hereafter to any Assignor as a result of any application now or hereafter pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or any Domain Name is registered by Assignor, within 30 days of receipt of such certificate or similar indicia of ownership, such Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such registration certificate or similar indicia of ownership, and a grant of a security interest in such Xxxx Mark and/or Domain Name, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest in such Xxxx Mark and/or Domain Name to the Collateral Agent hereunder, the form of such security to be substantially in the form of Annex L hereto or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
