Trademarks and Logos. You acknowledge and agree as between you and Sun that Sun owns the SUN, SOLARIS, JAVA, JINI, FORTE, and iPLANET trademarks and all SUN, SOLARIS, JAVA, JINI, FORTE, and iPLANET-related trademarks, service marks, logos and other brand designations ("Sun Marks"), and you agree to comply with the Sun Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/policies/trademarks. Any use you make of the Sun Marks inures to Sun's benefit.

The restrictions imposed by this Section 9.I shall not prohibit either Party from making any disclosure (a) identifying the other Party as a counterparty to this Agreement to its or its Affiliates’ actual or prospective acquirers, merger candidates, underwriters, or investors (and their attorneys and accountants), (b) that is required by Applicable Law or the requirements of a national securities exchange or another similar regulatory body (provided that any such disclosure shall be governed by Section 6) or (c) with respect to which written consent of the other Party has previously been obtained.
