Common use of Future Increases Clause in Contracts

Future Increases. Unless the ordinary rates of pay provided for by this Agreement is surpassed by the appropriate Australian Pay and Classification Scale rate as a result of a decision of the Australian Fair Pay Commission to the comparative classification, it is at the discretion of the Company as to whether an increase in rate of pay is awarded to the employee concerned.
