- FURTHER CONFERENCES. 30.01 Joint conferences between representatives of the Company and of the Union shall commence in Copper Cliff, Ontario, not less than sixty (60) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the termination date of this Agreement for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, negotiating an Agreement with regard to wages, hours and conditions of employment to take effect upon the expiration of this Agreement.
