FURTHER AGREED AND DECLARED THAT. 7. In the event of the Contractor failing to perform any of the conditions of this Agreement on his part herein contained, the Authority may determine this Agreement upon the giving of seven (7) days notice in writing and this shall be without prejudice to any other right of the Authority in respect of any liability on the part of the Contractor in respect of any prior breaches of any of the conditions of Agreement.
