Funds Available and Authorized; Payments. If Authorized Purchaser is an agency of the State of Oregon or another governmental body, payment obligations under this Contract are conditioned upon Authorized Purchaser’s receiving funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow Authorized Purchaser, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to meet its payment obligations under this Contract. At the time the ordering instrument was issued, Authorized Purchaser had sufficient funds available and authorized to make payments under this Contract.
