Funding of Significant Repairs. Significant maintenance needs or repairs to the Roads shall be paid for by special assessment of the Members of the Corporation. The Board of Directors shall provide to the Members of the Corporation an estimate for the cost of maintenance or repairs to the Roads it determines are necessary.
