Accounting Information Without limiting the generality of Section 7.01 but subject to Section 7.01(b):
Administrative and Accounting Services The Administrator shall perform or supervise the performance by others of other administrative services in connection with the operations of the Portfolios, and, on behalf of the Trust, will investigate, assist in the selection of and conduct relations with custodians, depositories, accountants, legal counsel, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and persons in any other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable for the Portfolios' operations. The Administrator shall provide the Trustees of the Trust with such reports regarding investment performance and compliance with investment policies and applicable laws, rules and regulations as they may reasonably request but shall have no responsibility for supervising the performance by any investment adviser or sub-adviser of its responsibilities. The Administrator may appoint a sub-administrator to perform certain of the services to be performed by the Administrator hereunder. The Administrator shall provide the Trust with administrative services, regulatory reporting, fund accounting and related portfolio accounting services, all necessary office space, equipment, personnel, compensation and facilities (including facilities for Shareholders' and Trustees' meetings) for handling the affairs of the Portfolios and such other services as the Trustees may, from time to time, reasonably request and the Administrator shall, from time to time, reasonably determine to be necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. In addition, at the request of the Trust's Board of Trustees (the "Trustees"), the Administrator shall make reports to the Trustees concerning the performance of its obligations hereunder. Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and Shares) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

The same reporting obligations apply to Italian residents who, even if they do not directly hold investments abroad or foreign financial assets (e.g., cash, Shares and RSUs), are beneficial owners of the investment pursuant to Italian money laundering provisions.
Sharing Information Each party hereto shall as promptly as possible, and in any event within two (2) business days, inform the other of any material communications between such party and the FCC or any other Governmental Authority regarding this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. If any party receives a request for additional information or documentary material from any such Governmental Authority, then such party shall endeavor in good faith to make, or cause to be made, as promptly as practicable and after consultation with the other party, an appropriate response to such request.

Complete and Accurate Information Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information provided to HHS are current, complete, and accurate. This includes all statements and information in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response.
