Funded Debt / Total Capitalization. The Borrower will maintain at all times a ratio of Funded Debt of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries to the sum of Funded Debt of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries plus stockholder’s equity of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries of not more than sixty five percent (65%) (the “Funded Debt to Total Capitalization”), to be tested at the end of each fiscal quarter.
