Funded Debt to Total Capitalization Ratio. At all times a ratio of Funded Debt to Total Capitalization on a consolidated basis of not greater than 0.35:1.00; provided that if the Equity Bridge A Facility and the Equity Bridge B Facility shall each have been funded in full, such ratio shall increase to 0.40:1.00 for so long as Advances remain outstanding under both such Bridge Facilities.
