Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.
Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

Remittance of Dues to Financial Officer At the end of each week in which deductions are taken, the Company shall remit by cheque the total of the deductions to the Union. The Company will also furnish to the designated financial officer of the Local Union a list of the names of employees for whom Union membership dues have been taken. By the 10th of each following month a list shall be provided to the Local Union of employees for whom dues were deducted and not deducted.
Chief Stewards leave of absence with current pay, benefits and without loss of seniority will be granted to one (1) chief stewards for up to a combined maximum total of three (3) days per year to deal with Collective Agreement related problems on the work sites within the contract area. Further leaves will be granted as required as per Clause 2.10(a)(2).
College President The "College President" is the Chief Executive Officer of the College.
