TVT’s IV&V teams facilitates early detection and correction of errors, enhance management insight into risks, provide findings and recommendations, and ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget requirements. By supporting the Project’s development lifecycle processes and performing periodic review of project artifacts, the IV&V Contractor validates that the Project is being managed and controlled according to the approved and baselined project plans. To that end, TVT incorporates into our own projects the same principles of project management that we expect to find on the projects for which we perform IV&V services. Our collaboratively approach and proactive findings has resulted in the identifying and resolving of issues, risk and potential project blockers thus improving the success rate of the OEL project. Customers shall complete this Contractor Performance Survey for each Contractor on a quarterly basis.
