Full-time Teacher. A full-time teacher may advance one (1) step for each full school year of employment, “full year” defined as 75% or more of full-time service in the preceding school year, until the top numerical step (non-career) of his/her training lane has been attained. Increment step changes for full-time teachers may be recognized on the salary schedule once annually at the beginning of each school year.
