Common use of Full-Time Services Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Services. Executive's services hereunder shall be performed on a full-time basis in a diligent and competent fashion to the best of his abilities. Executive shall not undertake any outside employment or outside business activities without the consent of the Board; provided, however, that subject to satisfaction of his obligations under the preceding sentence, Executive shall be allowed to (i) manage his personal, financial and legal affairs and (ii) serve on civic or charitable boards or committees.

Full-Time Services. Executive's services hereunder pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed on a full-time and exclusive basis in a professional, diligent and competent fashion manner to the best of his Executive's abilities. Executive shall not undertake any outside employment or outside business activities activity without the prior written consent of the BoardEmployer; provided, however, that subject to satisfaction of his obligations under the preceding sentence, Executive shall be allowed permitted to (i) manage his personal, financial and legal affairs and (ii) serve on the board of charitable or other civic or charitable boards or committeesorganizations so long as such services do not interfere with Executive's duties and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
