Full-Time Services. Throughout the Contract Period while Executive is employed by DDR, Executive will devote all of Executive’s business time and efforts to the service of DDR, except for (a) usual vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness, (b) reasonable periods of time devoted to Executive’s personal financial affairs, and (c) services as a director or trustee of other corporations or organizations, either for profit or not for profit, that are not in competition with DDR; provided, that in no event shall Executive devote less than 90% of Executive’s business time and efforts to the service of DDR.
Full-Time Services. Executive's services hereunder shall be performed on a full-time basis in a diligent and competent fashion to the best of his abilities. Executive shall not undertake any outside employment or outside business activities without the consent of the Board; provided, however, that subject to satisfaction of his obligations under the preceding sentence, Executive shall be allowed to (i) manage his personal, financial and legal affairs and (ii) serve on civic or charitable boards or committees.
Full-Time Services. Throughout the Contract Period while Executive is employed by SITE Centers, Executive will devote substantially all of Executive’s business time and efforts to the service of SITE Centers, except for (a) usual vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness, (b) reasonable periods of time devoted to Executive’s personal financial affairs, and (c) with the prior consent of the CEO, services as a director or trustee of other corporations or organizations, either for profit or not for profit, that are not in competition with SITE Centers; provided, however, that in no event shall Executive devote less than 90% of Executive’s business time and efforts to the service of SITE Centers.
Full-Time Services. The Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time to the business and affairs of the Employer and to the fulfillment of his duties hereunder in a diligent and competent fashion to the best of his abilities.
Full-Time Services. The Employee agrees that during the Employment Period he will devote all of his full business time and energies to his responsibilities for the business and affairs of the Company, and will faithfully and to the best of his ability, discharge those duties to the reasonable satisfaction of the Board of Directors of the Company. During the Employment Period the Employee will not accept other gainful employment or become or remain an officer or director of any other corporation except with the consent of the Board of Directors.
Full-Time Services. The Executive agrees that during the term of his employment he will (subject to the provisions of Section 6 hereof), devote substantially all of his time and energies, during business hours, to the supervision, management, and conduct of the business affairs of the Corporation. The Executive will faithfully and to the best of his ability, discharge his duties hereunder to the furtherance of the interests of the Corporation. The Executive will not accept other gainful employment, become or remain an officer or director in any other Corporation, except with the consent of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Full-Time Services. The Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time to the business and affairs of the Employer and to the fulfillment of his duties hereunder in a diligent and competent fashion to the best of his abilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the Executive shall have the right to continue to fulfill his obligations as a director and officer of companies in which he currently serves in such capacity, including without limitation, Sillerman Communications Management Corporation, The Sillerman Companies, Inc., Sillerman Management Company, Inc. and The Marquee Group, Inc., and (b) shall have the right to devote a portion of his business time to personal investments and commitments not related to the Prohibited Business (as such term is defined in Section 16.1 hereof). In addition, except as provided in Section 16, the Executive may serve on the boards of directors of other organizations and companies; provided that the service on such other boards of directors does not interfere with the performance of the Executive's services hereunder.
Full-Time Services. The Founder shall devote his time, attention, and services to the business and affairs of the Employer.
Full-Time Services. The Executive shall devote his full working time, attention, and services to the business and affairs of the Employer and shall not, without the Employer's written consent, be engaged during the term of this Agreement in any other substantial business activity other than normal investment activities, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantages, that significantly interferes or conflicts with the reasonable performance of his duties hereunder.
Full-Time Services. Mxxxx will devote all his time and efforts to the service of Key, except for (a) usual vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness, (b) services as an officer and director of any Subsidiary of Key, and (c) services as a director or trustee of other corporations or organizations that are not in competition with Key or any Subsidiary, except that, Mxxxx shall obtain the prior approval of the Chairman of the Committee of Key’s Board of Directors before accepting a position as director or trustee of any for profit entity, other than Continental Airlines, Inc. (whether the entity is in corporate or other form).
