Full-Time Dispatcher Sample Clauses

Full-Time Dispatcher. Every full-time civilian dispatcher shall be compensated at the rate of one and one half (1 ½) times the Employee's regular rate of pay for work performed in excess of eight (8) hours in any work day and any work performed in excess of his/her regular work week. Any employee who volunteers to work a shift swap, as may be allowed under department policies, shall not be entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked in excess of said employees normally scheduled hours during the day in which the shift swap is scheduled.
