Common use of FULL STAFFING Clause in Contracts

FULL STAFFING. It is in the best interest of both the House Officer and the Medical Center to maintain a post-graduate medical education program of optimal size which meets the highest possible standards of excellence. To that end, the Medical Center will determine the number of House Officers participating in the educational and clinical programs based upon an evaluation and consideration of all relevant factors, including, but not limited to, quality of patient care, workload, fiscal constraints, third-party reimbursement, availability of post-graduate medical education facilities and the recommendation and/or regulation of the appropriate governing bodies.
