Full Observations. Fifty-minute full observations will be conducted for evaluative purposes by the director of curriculum and instruction and school director. The main purpose of full observations is to provide concrete evidence of a teacher’s performance on an observation tool aligned directly to the summative evaluation rubric. Teachers receive four full observations each year; they receive written feedback within twenty-four hours and a post-observation conference within forty-eight hours of the observation. Teachers create goals based on full observations.
