Fuel. Upon the return of the Airframe upon any termination of this Lease, Lessor shall pay Lessee, as compensation for any fuel or oil contained in the fuel or oil tanks of such Airframe, the value of such fuel or oil at the price paid by Lessee for such fuel or oil, PROVIDED that if the Aircraft is being returned in connection with the exercise of remedies pursuant to Section 15, Lessor shall have no obligation to make such payment to Lessee until Lessor shall have been paid all amounts due to it pursuant to Section 15.
