Fuel Flow Fee Sample Clauses

The Fuel Flow Fee clause establishes a charge based on the amount of fuel delivered or transferred at a facility, typically an airport. This fee is usually calculated per gallon or liter of fuel and is paid by fuel suppliers or users to the facility operator. By implementing this clause, the facility ensures it receives compensation for the use of its infrastructure and services related to fuel handling, thereby allocating costs fairly among users and supporting maintenance and operational expenses.
