FTO. Compensation. Police officers required to serve in the capacity of a Field Training Officer (F.T.O.) shall be compensated with an additional one and one half (1.5) hours of overtime pay, along with their regular pay, for every eight (8) hours worked in one work day in an F.T.O. capacity.
