Frontier Allowance. Regular employees involved in construction who are absent from their headquarters for a period in excess of three consecutive weeks performing engineering and survey work in isolated locations in the Northeast and Northwest shall be entitled to a special 'Frontier' Allowance of $5.00 per week for the full period worked.
