Except as described in the RTPS Disclosure Schedule, neither RTPS nor the Affiliate has any bonus, deferred compensation, pension, profit-sharing, retirement, health, equity purchase, stock option or any other fringe benefit plan, arrangement or practice, whether formal or informal.
