Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
Peddler means any person, firm or corporation, either a resident or a nonresident of the city, who has no permanent regular place of business and who goes from dwelling to dwelling, business to business, place to place, or from street to street, carrying or transporting goods, wares or merchandise and offering or exposing the same for sale.
Subject Lands means the lands subject to or covered by the oil and gas leases described in Exhibit A, insofar and only insofar as they are located within the AMI Area and cover the Target Formation, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth on such Exhibit A.
Hall means a unit of residence or of corporate life for the students of the University, or of a College or an Institution, maintained by the University;
Estates means the estates of the Debtors created by section 541 of the Bankruptcy Code upon the commencement of the Chapter 11 Cases.
PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
Georgia means the territory recognised by the international community within the state borders of Georgia, including land territory, internal waters and territorial sea, the air space above them, in respect of which Georgia exercises its sovereignty, as well as the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf adjacent to its territorial sea, in respect of which Georgia may exercise its sovereign rights in accordance with the international law;
Public right-of-way means only the area of real property in which the City has a dedicated or acquired right-of-way interest in the real property. It shall include the area on, below or above the present and future streets, alleys, avenues, roads, highways, parkways or boulevards dedicated or acquired as right-of-way. The term does not include the airwaves above a right-of-way with regard to wireless telecommunications or other non-wire telecommunications or broadcast service, easements obtained by utilities or private easements in platted subdivisions or tracts.
AT&T MISSOURI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Missouri.
Holocene means the most recent epoch of the Quaternary period, extending from the end of the Pleistocene Epoch to the present.
North Carolina CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: We may not cancel this Agreement except for nonpayment by You or for violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
BHEL means Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, a Company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with its Registered Office at BHEL House, Siri Fort, New Delhi, Pin-110049 through its office at FSIP-Jagdishpur or its authorized Officers or its Engineers or other employees authorized to deal with any matters with which these persons are concerned on its behalf.
Legionella means a genus of bacteria, some species of which have caused a type of pneumonia called Legionnaires Disease.
Timberland means land, other than land owned by the federal government and land designated by the board as experimental forest land, which is available for, and capable of, growing a crop of trees of a commercial species used to produce lumber and other forest products, including Christmas trees. Commercial species shall be determined by the board on a district basis.
AT&T CALIFORNIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in California.
Sequester means permanent storage of carbon dioxide by
AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.
Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.
AT&T ILLINOIS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Illinois.
Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
Disturber is defined as a technology recognized by industry standards bodies that significantly degrades service using another technology (such as how AMI T1x affects DSL).
Timberlands means, as of any date of determination, all real property owned by or leased to the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is suitable for Timber production, natural resource development or real estate development. For the avoidance of doubt, “Timberlands” shall exclude property, plant and equipment of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries associated with their manufacturing activities.
Beach means the sandy, pebbly or rocky shore -
Wells means all oil or gas wells, whether producing, operating, shut-in or temporarily abandoned, located on an Oil and Gas Lease or any pooled, communitized or unitized acreage that includes all or a part of such Oil and Gas Lease or otherwise associated with an Oil and Gas Property of the applicable Person or any of its Subsidiaries, together with all oil, gas and mineral production from such well.
Subject Leases means, for any Asset Review, all 20[•]-[•] Leases which are 60-Day Delinquent Leases as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.
Hazing means committing an act against a student, or coercing a student into committing an act, that creates a substantial risk of harm to a person, in order for the student to be initiated into or affiliated with a student organization, or for any other purpose.
