Franchisee’s Bylaws. Articles of Association, or any other comparable acts of incorporation and governing documents shall at all times provide that: (i) Franchisee’s activities shall be confined exclusively to the development, opening, and operation of Franchisee’s Restaurant; and (ii) the issuance, redemption, purchase for cancellation, and transfer of voting stock, partnership interests, membership interests, or other equity interests in Franchisee, are restricted by the terms of this Agreement.
