Common use of Franchised Location Clause in Contracts

Franchised Location. The Franchisee is granted the right and franchise to own and operate one «FRANCHISOR’S ▇▇▇▇» Store at the address and location which shall be set forth in Exhibit I, attached hereto (“Franchised Location”). The type of Store configuration shall also be set forth in Exhibit I, attached hereto. Some smaller Stores are designated as “Kiosks” or “Kiosk Stores” in this Agreement and all references to “Stores” include Kiosk Stores.
