Common use of Franchised Location Clause in Contracts

Franchised Location. The Franchisee is granted the right and franchise to own and operate one ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store at the address and location which shall be set forth in Exhibit I, attached hereto (“Franchised Location”). The type of Store configuration shall also be set forth in Exhibit I, attached hereto. Smaller Stores, regardless of their configuration, are referred to as “Kiosks” or “Kiosk Stores” in this Agreement and all references to “Stores” shall be deemed to include Kiosk Stores.
