Fourth or fifth Person Required is a Powerline Electrician. When the fourth or fifth person required is a Powerline Electrician, the Supervisor On Call or his/her delegate shall go to the Callout Roster and call out a Powerline Electrician, in the order shown on the Callout Roster.
