Common use of Four Hour Minimum Clause in Contracts

Four Hour Minimum. 1.19.1 VSEs and Supplementary Employees may be engaged for a four-hour minimum for the following activities: (a) Training (b) Meetings (other than monthly Site Committee and HSE Committee meetings) 1.19.2 If the work period exceeds four hours, a minimum eight-hour engagement will apply, and it will not be paid as overtime.
