Four Hour Minimum. Whenever possible, throughout the school term, the Employer will endeavour to provide a minimum of four (4) hours of work for regular employees by combining several posted positions or adding additional hours in accordance with the Collective Agreement. Exemptions from the four (4) hour minimum:
Four Hour Minimum. Subject to this clause, where an employee is required to perform overtime duty, and such duty is not continuous with ordinary duty, the minimum overtime payment payable for each separate overtime attendance is for four hours at the prescribed overtime rate. An exception to the minimum overtime payment payable applies to a part-time employee whose ordinary hours of duty for that day are less than four hours, in which case the minimum extra payment is the prescribed ordinary hours of duty for that day.
Four Hour Minimum. A unit member who has departed from his/her work location and is called back to work, is guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours compensation. If the callback exceeds four (4) hours in duration, the unit member will be compensated for the actual hours worked.
Four Hour Minimum. (a) An employee starting work in any day and being sent home before completing four (4) hours work, shall be paid for four (4) hours at their regular rate of pay. In the event an employee reports for work but is sent home before commencing work, they shall be paid for two (2) hours at their regular rate, unless they were advised not to report to work.
Four Hour Minimum. 1.19.1 VSEs and Supplementary Employees may be engaged for a four-hour minimum for the following activities:

An employee who, after having left the plant upon completion of their last regular shift or assignment, returns to work not continuous with their next shift, shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate. Where the employee is required to return to work in relation to correcting paper work that the employee had previously carried out or failed to complete as required, they shall only be paid for time worked at the appropriate overtime rate.
Four Hour Minimum. Our employees are guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hour of work when sent on an assignment. In the event that they finish in less time and are sent home by our client, they will be paid for the full four hours and the client will be billed the same unless prior arrangements have been made with Our Gang Staffing.

Four Hour Minimum. Full-time / Part-time employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work or the equivalent thereof of pay for each daily report to work. Casual employees shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours.
Four Hour Minimum. Employees who are called back to work after normal working hours are entitled to four hours pay at straight time pay or overtime pay as appropriate. The four hour minimum does not apply to scheduled overtime or overtime that is considered an extension of the work day.
