Former KLX Employees. Former employees of the KLX Group as of the Distribution Date shall be deemed to include all employees who, as of their last day of employment with all of KLX, B/E and their respective Affiliates, had employment duties primarily related to the CMS Business (collectively, the “Former KLX Employees”).
