Formation of Implementation Plan. 6.1.1 Where an Implementation Plan has not been agreed and included in Contract Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) on the Contract Commencement Date, but the Customer has specified in the Contract Order Form that the Supplier shall provide a draft Implementation Plan prior to the commencement of the provision of the Goods and/or Services, the Suppliers draft must contain information at the level of detail necessary to manage the implementation stage effectively and as the Customer may require. The draft Implementation Plan shall take account of all dependencies known to, or which should reasonably be known to, the Supplier.
