CALL OFF CONTRACT PERIOD. This Call Off Contract shall take effect on the Call Off Commencement Date and the term of this Call Off Contract shall be the Call Off Contract Period. Where the Customer has specified a Call Off Extension Period in the Call Off Order Form, the Customer may extend this Call Off Contract for the Call Off Extension Period by providing written notice to the Supplier before the end of the Initial Call Off Period. The minimum period for the written notice shall be as specified in the Call Off Order Form.
