Common use of Formal Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Formal Evaluations. Administrators covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be formally evaluated at least once each year by the Superintendent or his/her designee. Evaluation procedures, instruments and timelines shall be in compliance with state law and as established by the Superintendent and/or designee and shall be shared with all members of the Association. Any requests to revise evaluation procedures, instruments or timelines shall be made by November 30 each year, and formal evaluations occurring prior to the implementation of such revisions shall be conducted in accordance with the prior year's practices (changes in state law may affect the above timelines).
