Form of Project Schedule. The Project Schedule shall be in a form acceptable to Buyer. Such Project Schedule shall specify any tasks, obligations, or responsibilities (each a “Buyer Obligation”) which Buyer must perform or fulfill in order for Seller to achieve the Milestone Completion Dates for each Milestone, and the date by which Buyer is to fulfill each and every Buyer Obligation.
