Form of Delivery of the Notes. The Class A Notes shall be Book-Entry Notes and shall be delivered as Registered Notes to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as agent for DTC, Clearstream and Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as provided in Sections 2.01, 2.03 and 2.12 of the Indenture. The Class B Notes and the Class C Notes shall be Definitive Notes and shall be registered in the Note Register in the name of the purchaser or purchasers identified in the applicable Note Purchase Agreement.
