Common use of Form of Deduction Authorization Clause in Contracts

Form of Deduction Authorization. Management will honor deduction authorizations using forms that are furnished to employees by the Union. In the event the Union alters the authorization form in any manner, it agrees to submit the revised form to the University for its review at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of such new form.
