Common use of Form and Manner Clause in Contracts

Form and Manner. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, the Licensee may not (i) make any change in the form of the Licensed Trade Names, (ii) use any partial version of the Licensed Trade Names at any time for any purpose, or (iii) use the Licensed Trade Names in combination, juxtaposition or conjunction with, or as part of, any other trademarks, service marks or trade names without the express prior written approval of the Licensor, which approval may not be unreasonably withheld, it being mutually agreed that use by the Licensee of the Licensed Trade Names in the manner being used on the date hereof shall meet Licensor's standards. Any mark approved pursuant to this paragraph shall be owned solely and exclusively by the Licensor and after approval shall be deemed a Licensed Trade Name pursuant to this Agreement.
