Forfeiture of Rights. In the event that, subsequent to termination of employment hereunder, the Employee (i) breaches any of the provisions of Section 13, 14 or 15 hereof or (ii) directly or indirectly makes or facilitates the making of any adverse public statements or disclosures with respect to the business or securities of the Company, all payments and benefits to which the Employee may otherwise have been entitled pursuant to Section 10(a), 10(b) or 11 hereof shall immediately terminate and be forfeited, and any portion of such amounts as may have been paid to the Employee shall forthwith be returned to the Company. 11.
