Common use of Force Account Clause in Contracts

Force Account. Works which meet the requirements of paragraph 3.8 of the Guidelines, and costing US$1,200,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may, with the Bank’s prior agreement, be carried out by force account in accordance with the provisions of said paragraph of the Guidelines.

Force Account. (a) Works which meet the requirements of paragraph 3.8 of the Guidelines, and costing US$1,200,000 $30,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, per contract may, with the Bank’s Association's prior agreement, be carried out by force account in accordance with the provisions of said paragraph of the Guidelines.
