Common use of For Regular Employees Clause in Contracts

For Regular Employees. All regular employees will receive vacation with pay according to the following schedule. The schedule shall be in force for employees of all Homes: (a) Less than one (1) year of service, one (1) day per month of service to a maximum of ten (10) working days. (b) One (1) to two (2) years of service, two (2) weeks. (c) Two (2) to four (4) years of service, two (2) weeks and three (3) days. (d) Four (4) years of service, but less than ten (10) years of service, three (3) weeks. (e) Ten (10) years of service, but less than seventeen (17) years of service, four (4) weeks. (f) Seventeen (17) years of service, but less than twenty-five (25) years of service, five (5) weeks. (g) Twenty-five (25) years of service or more, six (6) weeks plus one day per additional year of service to a maximum of five days, effective with the accrual period commencing June 1, 2005.
