Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.
Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement.
Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

About This Agreement Our entire contract with you consists of this agreement and our contract with your employer. Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 22 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 23 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 24 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 25 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 26 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 27 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 28 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.
NO HARDSTOP/PASSIVE LICENSE MONITORING Unless an Authorized User is otherwise specifically advised to the contrary in writing at the time of order and prior to purchase, Contractor hereby warrants and represents that the Product and all Upgrades do not and will not contain any computer code that would disable the Product or Upgrades or impair in any way its operation based on the elapsing of a period of time, exceeding an authorized number of copies, advancement to a particular date or other numeral, or other similar self-destruct mechanisms (sometimes referred to as “time bombs,” “time locks,” or “drop dead” devices) or that would permit Contractor to access the Product to cause such disablement or impairment (sometimes referred to as a “trap door” device). Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.
